I have the same thing with Norton 360 on my Dell Precision 670 (Windows XP Pro SP3). Tech support worked on it awhile via remote control, and finally told me that they are aware of the problem and are working on it. Perhaps that is true. I hope so. When I boot up, I get nothing in the systray except the clock and my network connection. Not even the Norton icon appears!
