I had to re-install my operating system (Windows XP) and all other programs were wiped out. I have the Norton Internet Security subscription still, but am unable to re-install the product via the website. Purchased on-line so no disc is available, and cannot find product serial number.
Any ideas?

Do you have the subscription key or have it stored in www.mynortonaccount.com ? Then follow these steps to download the full installer and set up NIS2009. Or did you want a different version?
Download the latest version of NIS2009 from this link. Reinstall After Removal Choose the 'I have Norton Internet Security 2006 or later' link on this page. On the next page you can download the latest NIS2009 installation software. Save this file to your desktop.
Install NIS2009 by double clicking the file you downloaded.
When the installation asks for your key or says activating your product, you can type in the key you have or use the options to go look for the key online at MyNortonAccount.
Run the Live Update process manually until Live Update reports that there are no more updates to download, NIS2009 is fully up to date.
