Re thread: NG15 backup drive 'Unavailable

Just wanted to add a post to this thread - appears to be to locked now...

 

I'm a bit embarrased, as I think that I may have changed the volume name and forgotten I had done so. Changed volume name was one of the first suggestions...  :smileyembarrassed:

 

I finally noticed that the volume name NG was expecting was not the same as the current one - the only difference was that I'd added two spaces in the vol name.

 

Anyway, I deleted the backup specification altogether, and made a new one (to the same drive /folder) and now NG is giving me the green tick, and tells me that it's avalable, and all is well.
