I just notified corporate email that they have 30 days to resolve the malware off my computer that I paid them upfront to do or I will use the services of others starting 8/5.
The "north american escalation team" was a total joke and it's manager just as useless as his team. What good are these bums if you can't email or call them?
There are too many competitors out there to put up with this failing company.
I've been a customer for 3+ years and watched the quality of this company drop into the toilet more every year. Typical business model these days sadly.
