I run Real Player, having problems getting it to function properly. Am told to check that firewall is allowing access. Firewall indicates that RealPlayer is accessing the internet and lists no issues with it. Is configured to allow access. Then when attempting to download files from REal Player, error message from Real Player indicates "No files available". Real Player customer support states must be a firewall issue.
Found this information logged, could this be the problem with downloading files from Real Player? Kind of new to this firewall business, so bear with me on this. Thanks, Gimpy
