Received spam email

Hello, I am new to this forum.
Two months ago I received an email (in the spam section that I opened by curiosity) sent from my (own) email address to my same email address, claimed [he] has hacked my email account, got my password (that [he] show as proof), all my contacts info, also claimed [he] planted malware or something in my computer and have captured images of web site I visit, plus my image [he] captured using my webcam !!??…, demand that I pay $872 in bitcoin !?.. to some kind of account with a long, strange, string of # and signs, or he will send my email to all my contacts and activate his malware to shut my computer down in 48 hrs, well so far nothing happened yet that I have noticed.

Today I received another email in the spam folder, sent from my own email address to my same email address again that I did not open, but the preview subject title is: "Threat to your security! [my email address] has been compromised", so I think it could be from the same culprit again, I know my email account is sure been compromised the way it is now, but I keep on using it and just change the log in password for email & computers. Now my question is should I do something different or what and how can I do about this because the same email address has been used a long time, it's been in records and files of hundred places and acquaintances, almost impossible to change and notify them all, please give some feasible advices, I also wonder if there is a place I can forward that spam email to, so that some experts can dissect it for fun and find the culprit !
