Recent change...Norton 360 stopped allowing VPN

Hi alla newbie here,

I tried searching for this topc, but couldn't quite find this scenario.

 

In the past few days, my home desktop PC running Win 7 Pro 64bit and Norton 360 (Version 20.2.0.19) is no longer able to VPN into my PC at work.  My home Laptop running Win 7 Home 64bit and Norton Internet Security (Version19.9.0.9) is able to VPN in just fine.

 

When I try to VPN in with my desktop, my company's login site keeps asking me to install the Juniper Client. I've successfully done that, but the system gets into this repetitive cycle of asking me to install the Juniper client that I have already installed. I have uninstalled it and tried again, but no success.  As I mentioned, I have been able to VPN in before using my desktop, and I haven't added any new software/hardware.  So I'm not sure what caused this change. 

 

Does anyone have any ideas as to what I need to do to fix this?
