Recent Malware Received via eMail

Hello,

I don't know how to transmit this to you so I'll post it here for you to analyze.  I received an attached EXE, ZIP'd:  "Internet traffic report.EXE".  I scanned it with my fully up-to-date Norton Internet Security v18.17.0.13 but it didn't alert me.  I'm going to post the file here.  DO NOT DOUBLE-CLICK ON THE EXE OR TRY TO OPEN THE ZIP WITH WINDOWS ZIP READER.  I used 7-Zip's "Open Archive".  Here are the contents of the eMail:

"Dear syed_xxxxxxxxxx@yahoo.com, hereby we notify you that  your IP address has been identified as distributing copyrighted content. Please see the attachment to this message for illicit  Internet traffic details.
Failure to respond to this message within 14 days will result in copyright infringement accusation and standard legal procedures.

BTW, I am not syed_xxxxxxxxxx@yahoo.com.  Please analyze this file and update your virus scanner definitions.  Because of Symantec's website extension rules, I had to change the extension from ZIP to TXT.  You must change it back from TXT to ZIP to work with it.  I am not going to keep this file on my system.  I am going to delete it ASAP.  Because of all the trouble involved, I doubt I will do this again.
