Recently, I can not get into any settings on Norton 360 deluxe. It is password protected!

Several changes have apparently been made to Norton 360 Deluxe recently.
I cannot get into any settings. Appear to be password protected. I tried my password used for Norton and the one fore password manager but neither work. I did not have an option to set a password. Also, there is now not “AUTO” VPN setting, or at least I cant get to it.
