If you didn’t receive your Norton 360 purchase confirmation email, first check your spam or junk folder . If it’s not there, you can still verify your purchase and get your details by checking your Norton account’s order history or by contacting Norton Support directly.

I checked my spam folder for the email, but it's not there.
I tried contacting Norton support, but I only received automated responses. Could you provide an email address to send my inquiry to, or perhaps a link to a chat site with an agent?
I checked with the bank, and the purchase was made.
I'm only receiving the one-time login emails for my account.
