I've been doing daily backups (v2i) of my main partition on my PC with Ghost 14. But until today, I haven't needed to retrieve a file, which I accidentally deleted. When I searched for it, I couldn't find it but noticed that the most recent files of any sort were from last January. As I recall, that's about the time I switched from select files/folders backups to entire partitions.
Is it not possible to extract a single file from a backup and that the only way to retrieve one file is to overwrite the entire partition with the backup?
