I just want a refund please. Didn't inform me the renewal is debited to my account.
JF114:Resolved by phone (refund provided). Frustrating to have to jump through hoops at every annual renewal to avoid paying 3 times the price of the new product in the web store. The best approach seems to be to stop all emails from <norton@secure.norton.com> so you don't miss the auto-renewal email from <no-reply@email.norton.com> sent ~50 days before end of subscription with auto-renewal terms and possibility of cancelling before you get charged the 3x price.
You need to be aware that Norton turns on the Automatic Renewal for every subscription that is activated, whether directly from Norton or when using a product key purchased elsewhere. By blocking any of genuine Norton emails, you might miss the emails about subscriptions expiring. The better work around is as soon as you have activated your subscription, go into your Norton Account and disable the auto renewal for the new subscription, and then remove all billing information from your account. That way there is no way Norton can process any expensive renewals.

I have been searching and learning how to get contact with Norton either by phone or live texting human customer care because i just found out that when i review my bank account, Norton double charge me in an auto renewal last year and then this year, they auto debit me but it says my subscription expired. I need a refund from last year and fix my subscription this year, please Norton!
I'm since 17th April requesting the refund of the payment that was made without my consent. They already cancel all the products but the money that is rightful mine, wasn't transfer to me. I'm already in my second open request, first one 77351705, second 77852925, talked with the support through chat several times, with the same answer all the times, that they will pass the situation to the senior team, requesting urgency in the answer, always with the reply that in 48/72hours I'll be contacted, until now nothing. I've give them all my data to bank transfer, months ago. And nothing. How can we report this situation to some one that can solve it? Escalate the issue in order to receive an answer about the subject??
