Refund for auto renewal

I have been trying to get a refund for the money taken out of my credit card since Dec 20 and the phone number i found and it is a India number and have spoken around 6 people and all i get told some will call me back regards to my issues but NOBODY calls this is WORST customer service i have ever come across so can someone from NORTON please call me or email me so i can get my money back and  move on
