I have cancelled my Norton annual subscription and I want to get a refund. After chatting with the bot and being redirected to the support page, it does not bring me to the actual refund page. It does not provide a means of asking for the refund. It only goes around the support page and shows a message of the website being unable to answer all the chat messages and says its sorry for the inconvenience. I am trying to get the refund for about a week now and am still unable to. It should not be such a hassle to get a refund. I am eligible for the refund, so I will get the refund. Honestly the customer support is being terrible.
Please tell me what else I can do, because I have tried everything possible and nothing is working.

for example: "Live Agent"... until you see "I am transferring you to a specialist for further assistance".
