Refund on auto renewal

hi,
can someone please explain to me on how to get a refund on auto renewal? when i bought norton 360 last year, i installed it and then clicked on not to renew as i have been stung before. now stung again…i am not happy with norton for doing this as they didnt even email me to say that £90 was coming out of my account. can buy this for £15 too.

I’m having the same poblem, so I can’t help. I’ve been given the run around about transferring my account from a broken computer to a new one. If they think I’m paying more then it’s goodbye Norton.

i think its about 3 months before the expiration that you start getting the emails about renewal
if i recall they a date is given for when they will attempt a payment ( maybe not word for word)
