Refund - Reversal or One-off Payment? (Card Replacement)

Hi there! Does anyone by any chance know what refund method Norton applies for processed refund. I got refunded, however, my credit card got replaced before receiving the payment. My bank asked about Norton's refund method, whether it's a reversal to initial credit card (no further action required) or a one-off payment (need to contact bank again for solution). 

Can't get hold of Norton customer service, waited for hours and not getting a chance to chat with a live agent.

AFAIK a refund gets returned to the original payment method. If that method is no longer valid/available, you do need to speak with Support and see what they can do. They may be able to issue a check, but you will have a longer wait to receive it.

To get to chat with a live agent you need to initiate the chat sequence and when you are able to type anything in, type Agent please. You may have to be patient, or try at different times of day. I have had to wait 45 minutes, and I have been connected immediately.
