In 2022 I was promised that I would pay a particular amount to renew my service. However, as I was not checking my bank statement periodically, I did not notice that I was charged in (May, 2023) a lot more that the amount promised to renew.
This revelation was made in August 03 2023 I think.
I was told that because 60 days had passed I can only get 20% back. I refused and requested a full refund.
I was told that my query would be forwarded to senior level and that I would receive a call within 48-72 hours. This is where the real ride started; I would wait the allotted time and was told again to wait 48-72 hours. This would happen about 3 times I think. I lost track.
I spoke with several supervisor who promised that my money would be refunded. I mean it is the principle right?
After no call or email was received I eventually got outta pocket and cursed the entire support team for their incompetence.
Finally today I spoke with another supervisor who stated outright that the time has passed and that I will not get a refund and that they will not honor anything that was said in the past. I was able to save a few of the interactions but I cannot shake the feeling of being scammed.
Although the application itself appears to do a wonderful job. I cannot in good conscience recommend the service to any one else based on the experience with their support team.
