Refund time

How long does it take for a refund to go through? It has been 2 weeks now since I requested one and the order history isn't even showing a refund.

Hello, this is the official Policy from Norton stating what the Payment Policy is.
I might suggest contacting the FTC about this matter. This can’t go on. They may try to silence me, but keep this alive and out there for others to see.

I am having the same issue and they emailed me saying they would refund my money in November, and here it’s now Jan. 2023, and my bank says nothing has posted as of today. Either way, this is negligent business practices and NORTON is US based and subject to US laws.
I’m personally thinking of going to the FTC on this company. I want more than a refund at this point. I am very upset over this whole process.

they will not give your money back the best thing to do is a chargeback on your credit card

Hi there, I have a  similar issue, I have auto-renew which I wasn't aware of, and I no er use bull guard, I was billed last year which I missed and just saw no I've been debited again Norton GOdelux and I never subscribe to anything with Delux in the wording. I tried auto chat to no avail is there an actual email address  I can send my claim to?

There is no email support for Norton. Chat and phone are the two options.

If you have used a credit card I would expect 4-6 weeks for the credit to process.
