Refund

My norton subscription has renewed automatically even I am certain I selected not to auto renew. I am trying to get a refund but can’t seem to find a link to send a message to Norton.

I tried to initiate a refund. I entered my order number but it said try again repeatedly. My subscription should have renewed in May. However, I no longer use Norton and thought I had cancelled my subscription months ago. I have not used it for months.

If you are using a VPN disable it and try again. VPN’s will be blocked by websites without reason or warning.

If you have an ad blocker extension for your browser, disable that for the Norton page. That can also interfere with Norton web pages.

If that does not help, try contacting Norton Support at Contact Norton™Support - Norton Phone Number, and Chat Support As soon as you can enter information enter “agent please” to get connected with a human.

One thing to note here. If your renewal was more than 60 days ago, you are not entitled to any refund according to the Norton Refund policy. But it still cannot hurt to ask.

Hi. I have the refund in place thanks. I finally got through to a chat room and the agent was very helpful. Problem solved.
