How do I contact support for a refund when the bot redirects me to the help center, and the help center redirects me to the bot? Considering I can’t contact support on either end, who should I contact?

When I check the links and try again, the chat still doesn’t appear. Using the order number also didn’t work; the money was debited, but it still says there’s no order.

Nope, I can’t see the phone number or contact them. And when the funds were debited, I received an email from Norton (no-reply-@mails.norton.com) about the time the funds were debited. Even though the website doesn’t mention anything about this.

Another problem, or perhaps just a quirk of the interface, has started to appear: even with the bot there is no choice, it just says “Select a category” without any choice. xD

Oh, you’re trying from phone. Are you Data or WiFi?
Can you try from a computer?
never occurred to me that you’re on a phone

Is it possible “support” is down over the weekend…your location?

I can say that it works randomly, at one moment it can work normally and skip to the next stages up to the moment described above, at another moment it will not even let you choose something

Hmmm, I don’t think so. If I were in Russia or had a Russian IP address, my site wouldn’t even work (I’ve already checked).
Now everything works, but it’s not stable.

Even if I knew support phone number that services your location…you’d need (by my experience) the code that populates on your screen to get past the Bot.

I know support 1-800 numbers that will likely incur international calling charges, if the call even connects.
Might you have experience using 1-800 numbers your location?
