Regaining Product Activation After Google Account Deleted

Someone experienced with Google Store advice needed.

I need to delete the Google account I downloaded Norton Mobile Security with. Deleting this Google account will erase/lose access to all apps I have downloaded from Google store including Norton Mobile Security, which I bought from a retailer and have since disposed of.

Norton Mobile Security app on my Android phone lists my ISP email address. If I delete my current Google account (everything is lost) and replace it with a different Google account and then reinstall Norton Mobile Security from the Google store with the new Google account can I get my subscription back by use of my ISP email address only, with no activation key?

That is good news.

We'll be here if you do need us again.

Thanks but I had a chat session with Norton Support and they assured me there wont be a problem retrieving my subscription. That I only need the email address registered with the app. Thanks for your advice.

Norton is moving away from the Google accounts for managing the mobile product subscriptions. Try logging into your Norton Account to see if you see your mobile subscription listed there.     https://my.norton.com
