I have a five user licence for Norton 360 with two licences left. I need to replace a hard drive in one of the computers I've already installed Norton 360 on but when I do it will recognize it as a new install and leave me with one licence left. How do I reinstall Norton 360 on the old computer without using a licence? I can't find any way to contact Norton about this. Thanks,
Thanks for the link to chat. I couldn't seem to find that anywhere on the Norton Website. I have the installation disk so it wasn't an issue of downloading the program, just not using an activation. I think this will solve my problem. Thank you!
Hello wdouglasla
Thanks for the update. Using one of my links posted above will allow you to get a more current version than what is on your CD. Just make sure you pick the correct version and also remember to run live update until there are no more updates and then reboot one more time. Thanks.
