Hi everyone, I was really glad to find out about this forum. Yesterday I had the occasion to reinstall my Windows Vista operating system, because of some sign-in problems that I could not fix, even when I tried to restore the system to a previous date. Starting over with the factory settings solved that problem, but now I can't reinstall my Norton Deluxe antivirus. I've tried a reboot in Normal mode and Safety mode to no avail. I have both Service Pack 1 and 2 as Norton calls for, but I keep getting an error message which says Norton is not compatible with my operating system. It was on my system before I reinstalled the operating system yesterday but now I can't reinstall Norton. Can anyone please help me with this problem, as I am baffled. Any suggestions about how to fix this problem would really be appreciated.
