I've just installed NIS on my laptop (changing from BitDefender) and I'm having a problem accessing other computers on my network.
I have NIS installed on 3 other computers and haven't seen this.
I can only see one other computer in Explorer and can't access it. It say it's not accessable and I may not have permission to access it. None of my other computers even show up. I can ping my NAS fine, but other than that, nothing.
I want to uninstall NIS to help troubleshoot, but I don't know if when I reinstall it, it will use another of my three licenses.
I know there's a way to avoid this, but I want to make sure.
