Reinstalling Norton 360 on new computer

How does one reload Norton 360 on a new/alternate computer? How can one transfer a previously used license from a deceased computer to a new computer?

Thank you.

John

Hi Weyoun7,

You can download the latest version of Norton 360 (version 3.0) from over here:

http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/kb/web_view.jsp?wv_type=public_web&selected_nav=&pvid=&docurl=20090121104844EN

You need a valid subscription and product key (in your case the ones of the product you had on your old machine) to activate your Norton 360 product on your new computer. You can find this information in the confirmation e-mail you received after renewing your subscription and in your Norton account. I would also recommend deinstalling Norton 360 from your old computer. If you run into any issues with your subscription, you can contact Symantec Customer Support over here:
