I recently upgraded from Nortin 360 to Norton 360 Multi Device and I look on FAQ pages and it said that the days carry over from an upgrade. Previously I had 266 days and now it just says 366, why didn't the days carrying on?
Hi s00pGuy,
By going from Norton 360 to Norton MultiDevice you actually bought a new license. When installing a new license, you will lose your remaining days, as it is a new license that you are activating.
That said I would suggest you contact Live chat, explain the situation to them and they may be able to return the lost days to your new license. Speak nicely to them and they should be nice to you. They are the good guys as we have found out in the past and have helped others in this situation. Good luck.

This would be because you changed the product and used a new KEY.
Please contact the Norton OnLine Support Team using the CHAT service via your computer keyboard and I'm pretty certain they will sort this out for you.
