The details are Category Intrusion Prevention
Action Remote Access Protection Disabled.

The severity is high.

What is causing this.

Based on security history, it looks like Remote Access Protection and Intrusion Signatures are disabled when Windows shuts down and enabled when Windows starts up. (I shut down and restarted Windows again to verify that those were the trigger events.) […]
