Hi all.
Having trouble getting remote monitoring to work.
SystemWorks 2008 Standard edition
I have the network map open on both computers. Setting up remote monitoring on both, enter the same passkey on both, the get to discovery. Nothing happens.
I get the progress bar that Norton is "looking" for other computers, but that's as far as it gets.
