Removal USB scan not happening

Norton 360 for Windows

I have Norton 360 v 24.12.9725 (build 24.12.9725.903). It used to ask me if I wanted to scan a removable USB drive every time I inserted it, but it’s just stopped asking. I can’t find a setting to fix this. Any ideas please?

If you did click Don’t offer to scan external drives…then you’ll need to opt Reset to Default…by my test…if you want External drive connected → Scan for threats…prompt.

Note: if you opt Reset to Default → you’ll need to re-create your backup set…by my test.

Thank you! I had information notifications disabled. I’ve just re-enabled them and it’s working fine.
