Remove Norton Safety Flag From Site

I've tried and tried to remove the Norton message that my site is infected with the Trojan.Maliframe!html trojan.  I've completely stripped my site, created a blank index.html page, and it's still displaying that I have a trojan affecting pages that are no longer listed!

I don't understand why I continue to get this message when I only had a blank page.

Thank you

Hello tsroque and welcome!

You can report suspected file based false positives by Norton Antivirus using this link here:

https://submit.symantec.com/false_positive/index.html

After you submit the details, Symantec will investigate the file and resolve the issue. Please ensure that you provide a URL for where this file can be obtained.

If your Web site is misidentified as a Phishing Web site(false positive), submit the details of the Web site to Symantec Security Response using this LINK. You can also submit your Web site to Symantec to be evaluated as Norton authenticated.
