Removing license from unused laptop

I have a laptop that I want to decommission/sell.  I wanted to remove the Norton360 license from this device -- but all "solutions" point to steps below. HOWEVER ...the option to remove is not there frown  I scrolled thru all posts but haven't found anything that will point to a solution.  Has ANYONE gotten this to work (e.g., remove license from 1 device)?  HELP

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Under Device Security, click View Devices.
  3. Under Manage your device(s) identify the device you are no longer using.
  4. On the bottom-right of the tile, click on options (...) and click Remove Device.
  5. Click Remove.
