Sorry for not providing more details, but I think it’s sorted. It basically appeared to do nothing (stuck on 0%) for over an hour, then suddenly completed. A Symantec helpdesk person says that the process could take 2 hours. I have to say that some forwarning of this would be helpful!
I'm trying to tidy up/rationalise my online storage. I highlight the selected files and hit "Remove Selected Files". A new window comes up, says "initialising" then "Status 0%" and stays on 0% for hours with no progress. Any idea what is going on?
Hi earlbtinternet,
The more information you can provide on this situation the easier it will be for someone to reproduce and/or offer suggestions. Things that would be important would be OS version, N360 version, and maybe a little info about the type(s) of file(s) you are trying to remove and the backup history of these files (were they backed up successfully?).
Also, if you would like to PM or email (check my profile) me the email address that you used to register your N360 account I will look at your account and make sure everything is OK on the servers.
