my computer's infected Vista Antivirus 2008. Is there a Notorn product that I can download/purchase to help me remove and portect the computer from future spyware attacks?

I didn't see a specific tool for this in Symantec's support site but I did find this link on how to remove it though it is done manually. I haven't experienced it yet (knock on wood) but I have seen hundreds of posts from people asking how to remove XP-Vista Antivirus 2008 on other forums. It is the latest scourge of the net
