I have Norton 360 with LifeLock Select Plus. Ready for renewal, I want to downgrade to Norton 360 Deluxe. We have another solution for credit and identity theft that is paid by our employer. We have not been registered with LifeLock for a few years. I tried to downgrade last year, but ran out of time to deal with Norton's sales staff and finally renewed with LifeLock included.
First, go into your Norton Account and be sure automatic renewal is turned off. Then just purchase a subscription for your 360 Deluxe when the time comes for your renewal. The LifeLock subscription will just expire.
