I got notified of an attempt to bill my CC today. I have questions. one I paid $30 (norton 360) when I initially got it. Two issues with the renewal attempt
1. It says it was for $104.99 I can’t find anywhere on the site how much the fee is.
2. It says on my account that renewal is 3-08-26, the attempted charge was today (02-01-26).
Also, some of the links I click on it takes me to a page that says do you want to download it, it’s already installed, that’s how I got to the site to begin with.
I’ve been clicking every help button they have regarding this, and I just keep getting the same stuff. It will not let me get live help at all. I guess if this was an actual attempt I’ll just let it expire and get something else this is ridiculous. It says subrcription renewal failure with an update button, but I have no idea why they tried to renew it over a month early.
Tro mig de kikker på det nu der skal komme en advarsel men ikke flere måneder før max 1 måned før det er en fejl de retter den nu men husk det er en info fejl så de skal lige finde den men de går efter den nu
Payments can be taken up to 45 days in advance of the expiry date to help ensure continuation of your subscription.
The pricing method are like that of many other subscription based products. A discounted price for the first year to get you to sign up is replaced by the current “regular” price. Fortunately, Norton allows you to turn off the automatic renewal and purchase a new subscription each year at the discounted price. The support article above has links to turn off automatic renewal. Although as you are within 60 days of expiry so that information will not apply.
To ensure no payment can be taken, go into your Norton Account and remove your payment information.
Selv om du ikke slår det fra skal det stadig ikke komme så tidlig bare rolig det er en fejl man kan også løse det på den måde som han siger men den skal stadig ikke komme så tidlig måske 45 dage før men ikke 6 måneder før
