i am trying to renew a subs for 1 PC but the renewal order defaults to 5 PCs Premium . Do io wait until it expires and purchase a new  subs

1) register the key with my Norton account
2) contact Norton support - request new key term added to current key term

Note: using a new product key to activate, the remaining days with your current subscription do not get added to the subscription associated with the new key.

  • new key from Norton direct - subscription term starts at payment
  • new key starts new subscription term
  • cancel recurring subscription service and remove billing information

When you enter a Norton product key at  www.norton.com/setup, if it is a new key, it will register the key to your Norton Account.

i ended up going  to a shop and purchasing a new subscription over the counter.  i think the auto renewal is a scam designed to  rip off the unwary , it is best to switch it off.

My subscription for 2 PCs has now expired and i cannot renew as the order summary defaults to 5 PCs, Can I just go to a retailer and but a new subs pack and download
