Renewal done without my approval

I installed a new version of Norton 360 on June 22, 2021.  I had cancelled automatic renewal last year. Today (May 15, 2022) I was emailed a receipt for automatically renewing this product which doesn't expire for another 5 weeks. I can't see the actual expiration date for my current product because that key code has now been conveniently removed from my account history. No notice of the impending renewal was sent to me although the notice of the actual renewal was. I tried to contact customer service which appears to be impossible on this site but they do let you get to the community.

How do i fix this?

Ron

Today it says 400 days remaining since they renewed without my approval today.  But the thing that bothers me is that they show my subscription status going back to 2008 but the subscription that expires June 2022 does not show up on history so I can't see the official expiration date anymore.

I did look back and saw there was an email (among the hundreds of others) that they sent out stating they were going to do an automatic renewal (I had just returned home from the hospital). Of course that was sent on a Saturday evening as was this renewal (a Sunday evening). Didn't realize Norton billing was only active on weekend evenings. I tired to cancel the renewal tonight on-line but it wouldn't go through.

I can't see the actual expiration date for my current product ...

Does Norton 360 Classic view report SUBSCRIPTION STATUS: # Days Remaining OR Active?

Automatic Renewal On = Active (click on Active for # days)
Automatic Renewal Off = Days Remaining

Do you see SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES ON : nn/nn/202n
