I updated my card details last week and renewed my subscription. However, I keep getting the above error message and daily notifications that I need to renew. It doesn’t appear to recognise that I have already renewed my subscription. Any advice?

If you ‘renewed’ by purchasing a new subscription/product key, you will still get the messages about the old subscription expiring. That should stop in about 30 days.
