For some reason I have had two different Norton protection systems protecting the same computers, and I have been paying for them through auto renewal. (which I have now turned off). my complaint is "why didn't someone at Norton advice me of this before automatically charging me twice for the same service" I have recently been charged A$219.99 to renew my Norton 360 (Australian Dollars) I have since turned off auto renewal.I can get the same cover from Norton by cancelling my Norton 360, and starting from scratch again.?? I will be cancelling my subscription to Norton at the end of my renewal period which is May 2019. I was also offered a Myers voucher for renewing the said Norton 360, which I applied for and was accepted for; but of course this hasn't happened which is no surprise. I am an old aged pensioner who has been using Norton for many years, but the time has come for me to call it a day, and try another supplier of computer protection for my 5 systems.
