I have 5 days left in my 360 subscription. I gave one of 5 licences to someone awhile back. I gave them a product key thru my email. They used this to renew my subscription. Nice jesture. But how does Norton allow this? To me this is a security breach. I sent that person a thank you but no thanks and ask that they get there money back.
I am looking into renewing but also at other products. What if I bought a different product and let Norton expire. How does Norton justify this? Only I should be able to renew.
