Renewal Problem With Product Key From Amazon

My Norton Security Deluxe (5 devices) was up for renewal and as I usually do, I bought a Product Key from Amazon since they are cheaper.  I successfully updated the key on 2 PCs (Windows 7) and my Android phone with no problem.  But 1 PC (Windows XP) has given me a problem.

The Product Key appears to have updated correctly when I look at the PC.  It displays SUBSCRIPTION STATUS: 365 Days Remaining, just as the other 3 devices display.  The problem shows up when I log into mynortonaccount.com and look at the 4 devices.  Three devices display OK but the one PC shows NOT PROTECTED (in red) and when I click on it, it shows the message " Please wait while we try to reach your device. If your device is offline, we’ll try again when it’s back online." with the old expired Product Key.  It's been in this "trying" loop for two days.  Yes, the PC is on.  Yes, it's connected to the internet.

How do I force mynortonaccount.com to get in sync with this one, last PC?
