Renewal subscription on second computer with different e-mail

Trying to renew subscription on second computer with different e-mail.  Won't accept Product Key from renewal subscription on first computer????  Subscription allows 3 computers.

Hi Ray

Are you using the Product Key or the Renewal Code?

If you use the renewal code on the second computer which is already used in the first computer it'll not take it. You have to goto support --->Subscription status that'll sync the number of days if the second and the computer is already activated with the same product key as of the first computer.

OK.  I used the gmail account from the successful renewal and entered the Product Key from the confirmation email.  It says "Invalid Product Key" when I try Express Renewal on the second computer.

Can you please sign-in to your Norton Account and find the Norton360 that you had renewed and click the smal arrow next to the Norton, you can see the Product Key. check the Product key you're having with you.

Also the Product Key for the Norton360 will start with ' T ' and the Product Key will be 25 characters Alpha-numeric.

Thank you, Subash, for the clue on how to get the second and third computers to update/sync with the new subscription information. That is very simple.

I am going to need to renew Norton 360 soon, and all I will have to do is click on renew on my main computer, then click Support, Subscription Status on the others to get them to sync with the new subscription time. Great! I did not know how to proceed, so appreciate the tip.

Now if I can just figure out how to set up Auto Renewal ... I have NIS 2012 set to auto renew, but didn't do that when I bought Norton 360 a year ago (I run N360 on 3 computers and NIS 2012 on another 3 computers).

Evidently, we renewed for a different product than we previously had.  So I spent 45 minutes online with support while tech uninstalled old Norton and installed Norton 360.  I would have never got that done correctly.  All is well now.  Hopefully next year it will be easier.
