So, that time came around, again: RENEWAL. I did the usual tour of the retail outlets, looking for a bargain. Finally, I decided to renew online, to save all the uuming & arghing, indecision and angst. You've got to spend it on something ?
Fired up MyNortonAccount, filled in ALL the relevant fields, CORRECTLY, the "COMPLETE" stayed "greyed-out". By juggling the toggle of ActiveX Filtering; I, eventually, succeeded in renewing my subscription, without paying more than once.
Question:- Does Symantec / Norton support all current browsers, or are they moving away toward the latest versions ? I question the browser support, because my photo website keeps telling me I'm using an old browser. [ If pushed, might just try "CHROME", it's simple. ]
I intend to attempt to keep my Vista going, until MS pull the plug on it ( 2-3 years ? ); then I'm going to buy a latest spec, all singing & dancing machine, and start anew !
Any thoughts on my "greyed-out" button, would be appreciated. CHEERS !
