Hi, Just after some help please. I purchased Norton 360 multi device & have 10 days remaining on my current Norton product. I was able to update the subscription on my pc but am unable to do the same for my iphone. Once I enter the product key it takes me to the Norton Mobile app that I had downloaded when registering the product last year, and then it does nothing. When I check my account details it says that only 1 subscription has been used. Any help would be appreciated as I really have no idea.
