Is there a way to prevent them from even getting to my laptop before Norton blocks them?
Hello Thurman. Have a look at this article related to DNS settings on your router. I have my personal router pulling my DNS directly from my router, and ISP device DNS set at 1.1.1.1 / 1.1.1.2 primary and secondary DNS. That should be sufficient to protect you better.
