Repeated Billing after Cancellation

I continue to get billed annually for product from Norton.

My Norton account page clearly states that all services have been cancelled as of 10/22, yet I still got annual bill in November of 2022 and again in November 2023. Contacted my credit card company in 2022 and included screen shots from Norton account showing that services had been cancelled. Credit card company got back to me and stated that charges where legitimate?

Need to talk to live person at Norton but not easy to do/

Norton Official Support is via Chat or Phone.  No Email support. 
Support request generates case number/identity verification code.
Chat Support offers save & print transcript.

MY SUBSCRIPTIONS reports:  Activate Subscription Renewal ... with automatic renewal off.  


BILLING INFORMATION reports:  There is no billing profile saved in your account...with no billing information.
