Repeated notifications re: Google Play Store (on iPhone)

My son has an iPhone. An average of twice a day, I get a notification from Norton saying that he was blocked from visiting the Google Play Store. I have asked him about it, and he says that he has never tried to access the Google Play Store. This seems likely, since he couldn't run Google Play apps on his phone anyway.

So the question is, why do I keep getting these notifications? It seems a bit suspicious, but on the other hand it also seems like it might be a glitch. Should I just allow access to the Google Play Store, even though it seems unlikely he would ever try to go there anyway?
