Replacement iPhone, VPN licence removal

Hi, I have replaced my iPhone and wish to remove VPN from the old one and use that license on my new phone. The number has remained the same. Has anyone had a similar issue or know how to resolve this problem. The iPhone doesn't appear in Norton device management. Regards, Stewart

I did understand your question about wanting to install on a new phone. 

I just wondered if you had already tried installing on the new phone to see if it would work. I have seen other users with a one user license would get a message about another device using the service. Just be sure you have uninstalled the VPN app from the older phone and you should be OK. 

There is no way to manage the VPN subscriptions in your Norton Account. 

Hi, sorry didn't explain properly. The VPN is on my old iphone, i need to remove it and free up the license so i can use it on my new iphone.  i do have the subscription.

Do you have a subscription to Norton 360 security product for PC's that includes the VPN feature? If so, that subscription would include activations for Norton Mobile Security, NMS, and the Norton Secure VPN . After installing the app just sign into your Norton Account from the app to activate it.

If not, have you tried activating the Norton Secure VPN on the new device?
