The hard drive associated with my NIS (I do have a 3 PC version, and our subscription *just* renewed) is failing, and I will be replacing it this week. I can't find a CD for my original norton product (likely purchased with the computer back in 2002), so how should I install NIS on the new drive? I haven't seen a button for re-downloading my product from my online account page; what I do find asks for an order number so I assume that's for resuming an interupted download?

And just in case: if you receive a notification during activation saying that you have exceeded the number of activations allowed, then you can chat for free with Symantec Customer Support at the link below, and they will reset your activations and sort out the problem:
