Replacing software lost in a crash

Hi,

My computer crashed shortly after downloading and purchasing Norton internet security.  The entire hard drive was replaced.  How do I get my Norton internet security without paying again??

Hello Carlysle and welcome!

You did not mention which version of NIS you had purchased, but the most recent version can be downloaded from this link.

No additional purchase is required as long as you have your activation key. Be sure to select the correct product.

Hope that helps.

Thanks,

Carlysle

I have that exact same problem... the link you provided is broken, though? Can you either provide another link or spell out where I can download the software (Internet Security 2009). Thanks!

Hi ynwa113,

Welcome to the forum.

You are asking for NIS 2009 but the latest version is NIS 2010 which you are entitled to for free as long as your subscription is current.

I just checked the link provided and it is working fine for me.

It would be best if you could start a new thread on this, since the original posters problem has been marked resolved. Also we want to make sure and deal with your particular situation.

Thanks

Allen

Thanks for responding Allen, I actually found the solution on another thread, so I'm all set. Thanks!
